Cable Terminations
At Kalestead we have an extensive cable termination facility which enables us to provide standard or bespoke terminations to our own, or customer supplied, cables and coiled leads.
Amongst the services we offer:
- Stripping and tinning
- Crimping – we have Molex and JST applicator tooling as well as a vast range of hand tools – for jobs both big and small
- Soldering
- Labelling
- Re-wireable connectors
- Fully moulded connectors
- Grommets, gaskets and strain relief sleeves – loose or moulded on
- A mould tool design and manufacturing facility for production of bespoke insert mouldings, to match your exact requirements. Even your own company logo can be added!
- Pre-production 3D modelling and printing so that you can see the moulding before it’s produced, make changes and avoid expensive mould tool modifications
- A full range of moulding materials and additives and a vast array of colour masterbatches
